individual referrals
Tailored one-to-one support for leaders and employees. We offer coaching, supervision and psychology support via organisational funding or limited number of self-funded individuals. We don’t accept private health insurance referrals. See below for other resources.
what is it?
At Changing Minds we can support individuals with executive coaching, psychological consultation, and one-to-one mental health or performance support.
Delivered by experienced HCPC registered psychologists, these sessions help individuals restore balance, build resilience, and sustain high performance.
This differs from our HR and Employee Wellbeing Services, which are contracted, embedded support programmes, in partnership with the organisation. We provide ongoing support in the context of an existing wellbeing strategy or related wellbeing initiatives. For more about these services, see HR & Corporate Solutions.
who is it for?
Available to adults across all levels of an organisation. These sessions are typically funded by the organisation to ensure each person receives high-quality, confidential, and evidence-based support.
We can also accept a limited number of self-funded individuals for who are looking for support in the following areas:
- Executive coaching
- Individual athlete performance and mental health
We’re unable to support private health insurance referrals – please see below for alternative resources.
why it matters?
Sometimes people need a dedicated space to work through challenges, regain clarity, or strengthen their performance mindset.
Whether it’s supporting a leader under pressure, helping someone through a period of difficulty, or enhancing potential through coaching, we help create meaningful, sustainable change for both the individual and the organisation.
Please note: For mental health referrals, organisational funding is essential.
