We aim to apply psychological knowledge and theory both flexibly and effectively in the complex systems that exist in the real world.
19 Wilson Patten is a late-19th century building located in central Warrington offering meeting and therapy rooms to our clients.
We pride ourselves on a willingness to work outside traditional models of psychological delivery. By applying a broad range of psychological theory flexibly we are better able to meet the needs of a range of clients, avoiding a ‘one size fits all’ prescriptive approach.
We aim to empower clients and systems to grow and develop through promoting shared understanding and co-ordinated action, which live beyond our involvement.
Our focus is always to deliver a high quality service, bringing psychological science to life by creating practical solutions to complex problems that have a meaningful impact with people in everyday life, always maximising the resources available.
We understand the need to be innovative in tailoring our services to the needs of our clients, be they individuals, teams, or organisations.
We recognise the importance of developing resilience within individuals and organisations, and the potential to grow through adversity. We promote the notion of being ‘stronger together’ which incorporates the provision of nurturing care and people looking after themselves in order to support others effectively.
We recognise that people are always doing their best, and can also be appropriately challenged to do better, encouraging them to feel secure in what they do and collectively reflect on their actions.
